My Bill for sewage is now 60 a month. Up from 20 a month just 3 years ago.

Just went up 58% from last year. 200% in 3 fricking years for a MoDad?

Must be nice to have a complete monopoly and crooked politicians.

You have to pay sewer fees for a septic system?

It's a neighborhood treatment site run by modad utilities that I swear they have not even visited in 10 years. They have had the EPA all over then for their administrative failures and now they want their customers to pay for their failures.

Surely there's a contract between them and the HOA

About 120 I believe in our neighborhood. But they service 1000s and went up on every customer

I would request a copy of their contract and get some O&M quotes to see if that's in the ballpark. That seems high.

Best part is that they claim to have two priorities in their letter.

#1 Customer satisfaction lol

Fail

#2 system wide compliance.

Constant Fail

Reading the minutes of their meeting in Toledo Bend. Nice that our public servants Scott Angelle, Foster Cambell,Lambert Boissiere and Eric Skrmetta all meet the people asking them for money at a retreat!

This falls closely on Allstate requesting rate increases from the Insurance Commissioner due to "falling profits" while they sponsor the Sugar Bowl and have 1,000 employees and clients down to party in the Suites. No shite there profit line is down, they are spending billions on "Marketing".
