At 200lbs, his fat self burns 2500 calories a day because that's what it takes to move around his fat self

At 175lbs, his body only needs 2000 calories a day because it takes his body less energy since he is smaller

So if he eats 2500 a day at 175 lbs, he will gain weight until he reaches his 200lb fat self
Again

Makes sense but I have no idea if it's true.

This happens to me if I eat like a slob though. I'll never get higher than like 205, but 205 looks gross on me even at 6'.

Almost impossible if you diet correctly. How tall?

My default weight is around 227 lbs. I am 5"7.

Currently at 205 lbs.

It seems like getting to 600 lbs would take an obsession with food and not moving at all. 600lb mass traveling for two miles would probably burn 500 calories, whereas a 120 lb woman walking 2 miles would burn maybe 190 calories.

I have NO THYROID and am I am not even slightly fat. At 37 years old I still have abs. Being that my thyroid was ablated, I cannot stand it when people blame their hypothyroid for the reason they are fat. You cannot get more hypothyroid than I am... I literally have NONE.

Guess what, I only eat whole foods. You know.. meats, veggies and fruits. If you are cramming ding-dongs and other processed foods down your pie hole then your thyroid condition is not what is making you fat.

After a year of not eating crap food you don't even miss it. If I tried to eat a candy bar I would puke. shite just isnt natural.
