Does anyone on here know how to cut up twitter or youtube video's?

I want to make a collage of protesters or people disobeying police getting beat up or killed. I want the back drop song of " I love the night life " by Alicia Bridges. If someone can do this I'll pay for it on paypal, or I might come where you are and hang out with you for a weekend. We can go have beers. I don't have all the video's yet I don't think so I'm not in a hurry

This is how a lot of the true crime documentaries I watch on Netflix start.
