Update: The dog owner caught me spraying down his dogs with the cajun seasoning water. He was acting like I'm the bad guy in this situation. I told him "For the past 300 days, I've dealt with your 5 dogs killing my peace for 4 hours a day. From the barking and whimper to them going ballistic 3 inches away from me everytime I enter and leave my apartment. I feel no remorse for spraying them down with cajun seasoning. This would not be an issue if you know how to have your dogs behave properly. I'm moving out in 2 weeks" Then left.

Since we are in a duplex, often his mail gets mixed up with mine. I've seen countless "Get out of your credit card debt with our help" envelopes. He also said he owns 4 places in another state yet chooses to rent here? Something tells me they are in serious money problems. Oh yea I forgot to mention, it's a gay couple.

I don't think you understand how long 10 months is. I enter and leave my apartment probably 5 times a day. 10 * 30 * 5 * 2 is 3,000 times I've had to deal with it. You're simply imagining it happen 1 times. Imagine 3,000.
