Does anybody know which days the Juneteenth crowds will be biggest in Galveston Area

I have some family members that are going to Jamaica beach the weekend of the 14-16. They invited me to go, but I dont like big crowds. If there is going to be some huge festival going on then I dont want to go. I would rather go to the beach to relax. No big deal.
