My steward probably knows, I can get back to you after I inquire. I grow bored after a few months in any country, so it's hard to remember every estate we have been in.

I own a home in Baja,Mexico.
Well, technically my sister in law owns it because she's a Mexican and I'm not, and it's a major ordeal for a foreigner to have property in "the restricted zone" easier just to do it this way.

some countries do not allow you to buy.
looking at a place in San Miguel Mexico. I know you can buy there.
find a place that tourist like and it will more than pay for itself if you want to rent it.

We try to get down there once a year to visit my wife's family . They are good Mexicans, none of her family are here illegally (in actuality my wife was born in New Jersey, but she's first generation American her parents came here in the 60s)

Incorrect. My in laws live next door to me in Arkansas. My wife and I bought the house in Mexico to have a place to stay when we visit her family that does live down there. No one lives in the house year round.

2 properties out of the country. Small house on a river and a 500 acre farm (with ocean view) in southern Costa Rica on the Pacific side. I used to live there, then go six months out of the year, and now I only go about 2 months a year. Starting to get bored with them and I'm looking to sell. Let me know if anyone is interested.
