You have never heard of the Kinder Foundation? Without them, there is no telling what Houston would be like.They have pledged like 10 billion to Houston parks & rec., fine arts and education.
You didn't notice the change to Houston's Memorial park? 33 million to the Emancipation park update? They're giving 100 million to Buffalo Bayou East expansion?
