So while those at the highest echelon may give varying degrees of shite about combat effectiveness, their #1 priority is career which means doing and believing what the leftist scum progs above you say. Hell I'd bet most of them are so far removed from reality that it may not even a big leap for them to really believe the social programming bullshite.
