99.9% chance its a gallstone
Can usually tell visually once removed. If suspicious it will be sent for biopsy.
Removing a gall bladder is about as routine as it gets. Quick procedure and recovery.
She will be fine

Same here. I cant imagine anyone having a large gallstone and not having symptoms. I had one attack and my PCP sent me for an ultrasound and Wa la there it was.
It was addition by subtraction. I did not realize how many gastro issues would go away when they took it out.
