This is the way. I’m four months in on a six month HGH cycle. I take NAD daily along with 15 mg of creatine. 48 years old feel like $1 million.

Well some of the finds of Big Pharma are just refined supplements or certain foods that we could be eating but don’t or are lacking in our diets.

For example:
