I brush my teeth and use Glide floss after pretty much any consumption of food. Toothpick doesn’t get the job done.
Toothpicks make me think of Lucas Beauchamp in William Faulkner's Intruder in the Dust. Dude sported a gold toothpick. Drove the white trash crazy.
