While I don't regularly visit cemeteries for any reason there is a really neat old Jewish cemetery in BR that I walked around a few years ago. A lot of the graves pre-date the Civil War. I took a few photos when I was there. It's in the hood now on North Street though so visit at your own risk.

That’s awesome. We have the same in Northeast MS that was part of the family’s antebellum plantation. I’m planning to visit this summer.

Yes, I’ve been there before. It’s very easy to drive right past it and never know.

Of all the places we visited in DC, Arlington cemetery was the most memorable, for so many reasons.
