I like it fine. Having lived in a bona fide shithole before I moved here I can attest that BR, with all its admittedly many negatives, is still not a shithole.

And I agree with you. I know plenty of people that have a nice life in the southern half of BR. The nothern half is admittedly pretty bad. I rarely go to NBR though.

BTR is right in the heart of Scotlandville. It was the only time I'd ever venture into NBR when I lived in BR.

I don't fly a lot anymore since I stopped traveling for work. I've picked up a few things from Tony's a few times in the past few years.
I've probably gone north of Florida Blvd 4-5 times in the past few years for reasons other than driving to Central or Zachary.

We used to eat there a lot when I was a kid after we went to Howard Brothers. Plank used to be a center of commerce. I just have very little reason to go to that side of the city now. I drive to Central fairly regularly but I take the Throughway.
