Firefox has a DoNotTrackMe add-on.

Thanks, I'll check it out.

Would spirit weapons help alleviate this issue?

Nope. Two different realms altogether.

Well I've mostly been on Saints Talk so I'm sure the ones watching me hate life and have offed themselves by now.

You don't. 'They' control it.

Tried the donottrackme add on and it cut the list down considerably, but some are still there.

Does running Adblock cut down on the amount of sites that can see you? I assume that most of those third party sites are advertisers.

Not sure. I wasn't browsing, just opened Drudge and TigerDroppings and stuff started popping up on the tracking site.

All of this is way over my head from a technical standpoint, but I have a question. If both TD and Drudge have links to external sites for advertising, wouldn't it be in the best interest of the advertisers to monitor the amount of "hits" on those websites to determine if the advertisement was a good buy?
ETA: plus each site has recent search advertisements on their site, so the advertiser has to know what each individual was "searching" for to target their personal advertisement.
