< 4 = Wake up tired, hit wall later
5-8 = Wake up tired
8-10 = Wake up tired
10+ = Wake up maybe a little less tired

It doesn't matter a whole lot for me, really.

I have heard of people who always feel bad when they wake up. I don't think that's normal. If I get a full nights sleep I don't feel bad at all, and actually waking up is much quicker.

yep...I am pretty sure I would need a CPAP if I were to get checked...

I've noticed that anything in the 5-9 hour range for me and I mostly feel the same.

The difference for me is what time I wake up. 6 hours of sleep and waking up at 8 or 9am, and I feel infinitely better than 9 hours of sleep waking up at 6a.

I probably get 7 hours (9pm to 4am). I'm usually dead tired and sometimes won't mind going lay down before 9 (I realize how sad that is). I usually swim before work and run after, so I'm running on fumes and need my sleep.

I tried coffee to give me a jump start yesterday for the first time in years. I like the taste of coffee but suddenly remembered why I don't drink it. 7 trips to the restroom during work. I think I'll just stick to going to bed early and getting my hours in.

I usually watch TV in bed for a half hour or so and that gets me sleepy. I fall asleep around 11:00 and wake up at 6:30. If I get some good sleep I feel pretty good with that. So I'd say 7.5 hrs..

I feel good when I get 8 hours or so. I can go on 6 1/2 a day or two but need to recover.

As to if I'm tired, it's probably 60/40 yes. I don't drink caffeine which helps I think and often times I get a lift in that finishes around 8 pm. That high runs out by 10:30 and I am fing zonked
