if you put a piece of metal on your microwave latch you can run it with the door open. Low power with your nuts in it for 2 second intervals 10 times will do the trick. That’s what I did.

My wifes ob/gyn wanted me to wear boxers to help conception chances. My urologist said he didn't that it mattered since my count was fine.
He also said that if my wife wants me to do it then its a good idea to do it.
