California government tries to force gay marriage on the state and the people overturned the law by popular vote.

Personally I don't give a shite. Marriage should be a religion thing not a government thing. The problem is it is tied to taxes and health care to name a few things. Revisions to contract law could fix this i suppose but it will take some time.

My main gay buddy has a house 5 blocks from the Fairgrounds, perfect pad for Jazzfest.
