I've been to Nicaragua many times and been to tiny farm houses. I couldn't even find a bed. I assume they slept in hammocks. I've wondered many times how sex works in that environment but have never worked up the courage to ask.

I suspect they bang it out while the kids are asleep. Discretely. +/- knocking the baby and the two year old onto the floor while they do it.
