This isn’t the place to be discussing such things in detail. But these reported numbers are not accurate at all.

Yes i'm saying that out of the groups i interviewed with, average pay for a partner is 750k.

partnership is usually after 2 years and pre-partner salary is about 300k average.

As they should be. I don’t want an overly emotional person making decisions while my life is on the line.
