I wouldn't know I've never touched one, but my coworker is saying that they will "stop you up pretty bad?"

They are loaded with B vitamins and caffeine? I highly doubt it. In my experience, heavy doses of caffeine and vitamins do the exact opposite. It upsets my stomach more than anything.
