Fun Fact: I worked at a restaurant in 2009 that would eventually be on Kitchen Nightmares. It was in 2009 and the show aired in 2012. The restaurant was called Chappy’s. It eventually closed and he reopened on Magazine St in New Orleans. That lasted only one year, though.
They opened one in Orange Beach that only last about 1.5 yrs before it closed in like 2022.
Not sure what their scam is, but they never stay in one place too long.

They did a few here in St Louis, one is still doing well, the others shut down.
