The “take a break” thing comes on when it thinks you’re tired because you’re swerving and otherwise driving like shite.

Shortly after I bought a new Explorer I accidently activated the lane guidance sensor that keeps you between the lines, there's a button on my steering wheel.

Didn't even know the vehicle had it and it scared the crap out of me the first time it went off and the steeirng wheel started vibrating and shaking. . Thought I hit something and the steering was failing or wheel was falling off.
