Dishwasher repair question

I have a Bosch dishwasher. Does a great job. The cover that goes over the part where you pour in the soap came off and I can't seem to get it back on. What's the best way to tackle this problem? I think that red lever or latch broke.
Still seems to clean fine I just pour the detergent in and start it even though it just runs down to the bottom.

They aren’t making those doors any more. You need a new dishwasher.

Go to a Catholic Elementary School and find any sixth grade girl.
She should be able to click the thingy back on for you so you can get back to your chores.
