A million dollars in mattresses, for something that you sweat, frick, and leave bodily fluids on (hopefully at least the sheet before oozing on the mattress).
That mattress better be able to fold like one of those medical beds they advertised on TV, and come with a heater and cooling vents, and a special attachment to give you a hand if you are alone.
