The only people that got fricked were people with million+ dollar homes in blue states that couldnt lean on federal dollars to offset their state taxes. You know, the rich.

Actually, us Blue Staters bump into that SALT (state and local taxes) limitation pretty quick. State + County + Property was alot more than $10k.

But the most screaming was from those states because the not poors had to pay more in taxes

Haven’t received money back since 2010. Wait until last possible day and then pay thousands. Yet my sister says her and her husband make so much money yet they always get 2-3k back. One year my mom was bragging about that for my sister and I just said if you believe she makes so much don’t you think her and my BIL would have to pay the government like me and my wife do?
