Who says they are observing HOS regulations. The ELD in their trucks doesnt disable the ignition if they drive for too long, just records the time. Truckers can gamble that they won't get stopped by DOT and just ignore the hours.

I also love how you’re concerned about Ukraine and gas prices but have always chose to ignore all other inflation metrics, the border crisis, and massive spike in crime in the last 2 years
