Did Houston increase restrictions on restaurants?

I feel like everyone I have been to recently is down to almost 25%.

I think it's 50% capacity still, but people are just going out less.

I was talking about the tables they have blocked off. But maybe the restaurants are just going above the regulations.

Tables were blocked off for social distancing when I was there two weeks ago.

rules say 50% capacity. I think some or choosing to go below depending on table layout and the ability to keep appropriate distance between groups.

Social distancing and space requirements between tables often times naturally puts restaurants at ~25% capacity.
