He's ready when you are. Start small. Decide what's troubling you and google bible passages on the subject. 10 minutes of reading and some reflection. Get the ball rolling. The effort alone will feel good.

Not sure if its a coincidence or not but I think going back to God and Jesus has a lot to do with it.

Religion is fake and a placebo lol

Not to millions. To you perhaps.

Many find meaning in religion or spirituality.

i had the whole conversion, "born again" experience... it just doesn't work for me anymore, and that's ok... i'm not criticizing anyone else's religion and/or faith-based beliefs.... if that works for you, great.... keep doing that...

It's not something you try on for a while. If you are certain you were born again and now reject...yikes! Now, if you were never actually born again you still have an opportunity.

Right. And like I said it’s fake and a placebo.

You know what a placebo is, I’m assuming. Maybe that’s my issue.

Would you like me to explain the distinction here, or are you content being an ignorant twat? Happy to help.

To you.

You have doubts, which is why youre so forceful in declaring.

Forceful? Man y’all sure do try really hard to convince others that they are wrong.

But thank you for continuing to prove my points. Easy work here.

You came into a thread very clearly about people's relationship with God, their faith, and how it has helped them. You came in to shout at people to stop preaching to you, as if we anyone was thinking of you at all.

It's akin to walking into a church during a service, shitting on the floor, and saying "stop preaching to me, your God is bullshite."

You seem like a really low character person. Maybe you should step out of the thread and go work on that.

Many militant atheists arent well adjusted. Theyre trying to convince themselves more than they are you.
