you cant make genuine footprint alterations...it defeats the purpose of building modular. on the inside though you can finish out to whatever you want

i build shite for a living...i know what most framing jobs look like. factory assembled modular walls, trusses, roofs and other structural members are 100% more likely to be plumb/level/structurally sound, and modular construction in the field takes a fraction of the time. electrical and plumbing rough-in cost savings alone are worth it

Looks a lot like what Doiron has been putting in lol. But he will fit 3 2 story houses on one lot

Doiron has only truly subdivided one lot, to my knowledge. All the others were one house built across 2 or 3 40x120 lots. And most of his houses are one story.

Modular homes are nit that bid down here.
They are popular in the Southeast.
Usually, someone will buy one and put it over a basement or crawl space.
These things usually start at $120k on up.
Basically they are a house built in a factory and tied together on a jjobsite.
