And I know uptown surged post Katrina but I’m talking more about the downfall of the FQ

The FQ hit rock bottom around 2009-2010. Right after the Saints won the Superbowl .

Exactly, the French Quarter is its own animal, but it definitely need some help after the COVID mess is done.
