“Descendants”, so, no idea what it was really like actually being a slave or staying in slave quarters. Yet, this gets attention because they’re staying in a guest house. Yeah, okay. The majority of this country is completely void of reason.

There are “slave cabin tours” where you can experience what it was like to sleep in a slave cabin.

I have an ancestor who was a slave back in the 1600s in Maryland. I'm not sure of his name but my mom knows it, and my DNA results confirm it. It's actually pretty interesting.

I avoided saying that to try not to ramp people up but I thought the same thing. I’m a very conservative old southern white man but I hate true racism.

It’s a history piece. It’s getting attention here because one of us white guys got triggered by it. It’s actually an interesting article and I can understand someone wanting to experience this.
By your own logic, you and I (I’m assuming you’re white) have no idea what it’s like to be black or the descendants of plantion slaves. Therefore we have no real understanding of why this may be important to such a person.
