What are the exact details of this. Everyone is admitting this is the worst part without a doubt and I certainly agree.
But she is heard talking to the victim on the 911 call then she went into the hallway to meet the police when they first responded. Beyond texting her boytoy, has there been an explanation of exactly what she was doing?

as of right now, she's portraying the victim as the aggressor and already used the "i feared for my life" bs.
jury better be paying close attention and letting go of all their pre-determined thoughts and emotions. this took a turn quickly.

For the record, a sternum rub is used as a painful stimulus for someone who is sedated or difficult to arouse, it is not an emergency or a live saving maneuver.
I hope this gets explained for the jury.

Is the DA really only going for murder? Seems like that charge won't stick and they should try and get manslaughter, which I could see them getting her with.

Someone in here really wants her to go free.

Did she get on her phone after killing the dude?
No remorse!
She wants to skate free. Lock her up because the guy she killed will never come back.

I have no doubt she will be...
They said they are going to start asking her questions about something happening/she did after an MLK parade..

She looks like she hasn't slept in a week.
Did she just say that she was also planning to go to the gym after he supposedly "exhausting" workday?

I think I would just stick to the bullet in him. She killed him, plain and simple.
