I am not calling for a shut down at all- I just think the cases are blowing up at an alarming rate. Maybe it is a good thing to spread and move on but I personally am not exposing myself. Doesn't sound like fun.
They're idiots because they don't think it can happen to them, or it's nothing to be afraid of because it only kills old people and those with health issues, etc....
They don't realize it's more than just life or death. There are many other implications if you get it such as how it can affect your job, how you can pass it to others who may not be able to overcome it, etc....
Hell, there are restaurants that reopened and now closing down again because employees tested positive. There are many other reasons to heed this than just worrying about whether it's going to kill you or not.
But people are dumb asses. Plain and simple.
Even if you knew you wouldn't die, do you want to go weeks feeling like you have a belt tightened around your chest and never feeling like you can get a good, full breath? This perfectly healthy person did.
