yea let's celebrate a guy killing someone in a grotesque way even though we have no clue if he actually raped her or not.

So you went from having no clue to saying there's a "good chance" he was innocent in two posts? Solid detective work, Clouseau.

are you autistic?
we have no clue if he is innocent or guilty. there's a good chance he is innocent.
those two statements are in no way contradictory.

Even in Baton Rouge, we let a father's righteous justice go unpunished. Remember that guy in the early 90's or so who waited by the pay phone in the court house until his son's rapist walked by, escorted by the cops? Dad shot the rapist in the head and, while arrested, was ultimately found innocent by a jury. They even have a video of him shooting the rapist, if I am not mistaken.

That depends entirely on your definition of "a good chance" as well as your understanding of Indian culture (whether these sort of accusations are made lightly, etc.).

He's mentioned twice about there being a "good chance" he's innocent. I'm curious how he came to that conclusion. Maybe he knows the accused Indian man?
Anyway, I don't have an opinion one way or the other yet. If he did in fact commit rape, then I have no problem with what he did.

How is there a "good chance"? At best, he is 50-50. I would like a much higher chance than 50% if my nads are on the line.

Well, if he was convicted, said Dad wouldn't have had the chance to burn the guys balls off.

Hypothetical question for the OT lawyers:
Are jurors allowed to high five the defendant?
