technically if you are at the home, even if it was flooded, you are at home. what are they gonna do?

There is not much to do on Denham anyway. Don't think there are more than 10-12 places even open.

Having the curfew a little later will help me get some more people in town to help. By the time I leave gutting houses I can't even stop by a grocery store that is left to get food. All the fast food places have to shut down earlier as well so they can clean and get their people home.
