You responded citing Mexican Cities......is your point using them to define "cultcha"?
If so, realize that I reference culture related to those inhabiting American soil. The animals in Juarez aren't party to this discussion. If that were the case, we'd be discussing a black reporter being sucker-punched by a Mexican gal in, say, Monterrey.

On that basis, let's include those "communities" in various sections of Africa........the word genocide comes to mind.

This is a racist thread claiming that some mentally ill woman in Philadelphia represents black culture and your issue with all of this is my intentionally taking the literal definition of "Mexican" and mentioning cities that border the United States?
