The utility commissions are completely owned by the energy companies, lock stock and barrel. A buddy of mine used to be on the commission then he went to work as VP for energy, and he was one if the more honest ones

I have an empty house in nola, just the meter. For the last 18 months my bill was $30 a mo. I got a bill last wk and it is $170. Something is not right.
