That is pretty absurd
Its a ton until you start looking at it for business or personal use by all adults. If you can get 6-8 adults to go in on it, it starts getting closer to commercial 1st class tickets. At $1500-2000 each roundtrip for a 1-2 hour flight.
Im guessing you pay for more than just the flight though? Like do you pay for the pilot to fly back then too? I don't have any idea.

Membership regular price for individuals is $17,500 annually and corporations $29,500 annually according to Corporate Jet Investor. Annual dues (starting second year) are then $8,500 for individuals and $14,500 for corporations, plus a fixed hourly price for each hour flown – the cost per hour of getting on the King Air is $3,950 per hour and the Citation Excel/XLS is $6,950 per hour according to a report from the private aviation industry resource.
Those are terrible rates, you can charter for like half that on much nicer airplanes. The fixed operating costs on a king air is around 11-1200 an hour and an XLS is around 18-2000 an hour. What a rip off.

When you read the deal it's not what is in the picture.
