What is a reasonable price to remove old glue down and install new flooring?

I recently helped a friend remove 900 square feet of tile and remove the quick set. Talk about a job. We rigged up a little to device hooked up to a dry vac to reduce the dust reducing the cleanup a good bit.

I paid 5k to pull up brick pavers and put down tile in the kitchen and dining room. Pulling up brick pavers SUCKs though.
