The pepper-sprayer, officer Shaun Jurgens resigned from the city police department after it was determined that the bodycam video will be released to the public.

In the video he says with his gun pointed at him "get out the car or I'm going to smoke you" very professional. Also let the car run over his foot because they didn't think to put it in park. Bunch of idiots lol
