If a cops happens to witness a black person committing a crime, they have to look and then walk away.
If the emergency services get a call about a black person committing a crime, they should ignore it and then explain how the laws are racist and oppressive.

Well, first off we should not allow blacks to interact with whites whatsoever. They kill thousands more of us than cops kill blacks.
