Well, 1 in 62.5 but still.
The stats actually go back to 1973. I wonder what the percentage of exonerations post DNA testing, say since 1993, would be.

Books will be allowed.
No AC. Fans only. (There are plenty of people who work and live without it so it is not necessary.)
Make prisons spartan and depressing and people might not do the things they do if that lifestyle was a possibility. Hell many people in prison have a better life than they had on the outside.

You can spot a mile away the people that have never been anywhere near the inside of a prison.

Everyone oughta know already that Angola death row is somewhat lacking in the AC department, considering the highly publicized lawsuit about it.

Holy shite. The fact 1.6% of death row inmates have been exonerated is terrifying
That means a good number of innocent men have been murdered
The justice system really is a kangaroo court of the prosecution trying to find the suspect that they can "win the case" with, and not trying to find the actual suspect

Yes I know. That is what I based it on.
It should be the ideal prison for all others to emulate.
