We always just change sheets before we leave family places. But our family is good people who ask what they can do to help clean up before departing. Also, no fricking goes on. Save that for hotels and such. I’m respectful like that.

Be sure and have the place fumigated for lice, bed bugs, fleas, etc. after they leave.
