I’ve been noticing lately that my neck/ head have been bothering me a lot after being on my computer or looking down doing field note drawings, so I started looking at this issue a little closer and I’ve noticed that even while driving and watching TV or being on my phone (Tiger Rant) that my head seems to automatically lean forward, it makes my head feel like it’s stopped up , is this an issue that I can fix or do I need to see a Dr.

You need to find an activity that keeps your head moving back and forth to keep your neck loose.

Just stretch it. Do you get headaches frequently? Also, a good massage will help.

Piece of duck tape from the top of the head down to mid back. I fixed it for you now that will be $500. If you can't duck it frick it.
