Take two Dulcolax tablets and drink a bottle of Magnesium Citrate and you will be clean as a whistle in about two hours !

There's an otc medicine called Colace

It's what they told me to take after surgery, when all the meds had me stopped up

ETA: or Taco Bell. I hear the mega quad double triple quesalupa whatever is freaking delicious

You can find this tea at grocery stores, Walmart or a similar tea. Very effective.

colonoscopy prep
