I had a suicidal rape victim call me one night not long ago because she "just couldn't go on". 2 hours I stayed on the phone with her and even at one point started driving to her house to calm her.
Police officers being compassionate to people they interact with is something that happens thousands of times every day across this country. Our media gets very little in reactions to that shite. They rather report on the cop that lost his cool and slapped some punk piece of shite. It keeps sheep like eating out the palm of their hand

While I don't take message boards seriously my posts against racism and thug cops are genuine. I copied most of the story from a site that cannot be linked here. I did not read through it carefully and removed the parts that caused others discomfort and melt reactions.

You are right. It does not sell in the media. Nor does it sell here. People often ask me here why I post some terrible stories. Well, as an experiment I want to posted a story about some kid hero who saved someone's life. That never made it past one page and quickly made its way in to the abyss on the OT. True story. I'll see if I can dig it up tomorrow.
