After college, I don't think I've opened my personal laptop other than a little "naked lady research" . But I couldn't imagine typing a report on a tablet, or dealing with an excel file.

Same here. Ever since I graduated I haven't even touched my personal laptop. I just use my work computer and iPad now.

Both. Tablet for textbooks. Neither in class unless you have to have the book.

Laptop. But take notes with a notebook and a pencil.
