Closest Electric Razor (for head, not face)

I'm in the market for a new head shaver. My WalMart ConAir is old and dated. Any suggestions on what gives the closest, most even shave (minus a straight razor)?

39.99 most of the time. I shave with it every time. if the blade gets worn out you can get a new one for 7-12 bucks depending on where you get it.
