Based off the investigative reporting saying they narrowed down what vehicle she was using, best guess is they aren't assigned vehicles and that's another lunch break on street view

This was published late last night, another inspector did much the same as Ms. Tweeter. Signed off on inspections at Canal and North Rampart, but actually left work at 2:48 p.m. went to Costco then home to Gretna.
