So this guy will most likely stay off the sex offender registry, and ten years later have it expunged.
Contrast that with the Florida couple convicted of sex on the beach or the 22 year old who slept with the teenager after she lied about her age. Both are on the sex offender registry for essentially life, and both have prison time (Florida couple has years IIRC) ahead of them. Who are the real criminals?
